The company writes both property and liability coverage designed for small commercial establishments such as, retail shops, offices and apartment buildings. A packaged policy may be available to those businesses who meet the criteria which would combine the property and liability coverage. Often the property coverage for commercial buildings is written on an actual cash value basis.
